Commercial Truck Center Manager Jobs
Mike Bass Ford is actively searching for an experienced Service Manager with commercial truck experience to join our commercial truck center service department. As one of the largest commercial Ford, Isuzu, and Hino commercial truck dealers in Northeast Ohio, our loyal customer base means that our service department experiences high volume.
Responsibility Summary
- Manage workflow through the shop and scheduling of customer vehicles, including dispatching work to your team of technicians.
- Oversee the invoicing of customers, while ensuring payment is received.
- Oversee warranty claim process
- Monitor productivity and strategize when needed to maximize technician productivity
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in the recruiting of new technicians and maintain a plan for the development of your current staff

Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test are required
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an automotive service advisor professional, preferred experience in a commercial truck center
- Proficient with computers and technology – capable of learning new programs
