Mike Bass Ford – Battle of the Bands Official Rules and Regulations
Submission Deadline
All entries must be received by May 31st 2026.

Eligibility
- Open to individual artists and bands of all genres
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have parent/guardian consent
- Participants must be willing to engage in promotional activity if selected as a finalist

Submission Requirements
To be considered, all entries must include:
- An audio recording of the jingle submission
- A video recording of the performance
- A remake or creative interpretation of the Mike Bass Ford jingle

Submissions must be sent to:

Each submission must also include:
- Artist or band name
- Contact name and phone number
- City and state
- Optional: brief artist description or background

Incomplete submissions or submissions missing required materials will not be considered.

Production Guidelines
- Submissions do not need to be professionally produced
- Audio and video must be clear and suitable for judging and public voting
- All musical styles and creative approaches are welcome

Selection Process
- All submissions will be reviewed by the Mike Bass Ford team
- A select number of finalists will be chosen at the sole discretion of Mike Bass Ford
- Finalists will advance to a public voting round hosted on Meta (Facebook and/or Instagram)

Voting and Winner Selection
- Public voting will determine the final winner
- The entry receiving the highest engagement and/or votes will be selected
- Prize details will be communicated separately.  With a $1,000 Grand Prize!

Promotional Use
By submitting an entry, participants grant Mike Bass Ford the right to use, reproduce, and distribute submitted audio and video content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across all media platforms without additional compensation.

Finalists may be featured across Mike Bass Ford’s website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

Finalists may also be contacted for additional promotional opportunities, appearances, or content participation.

Additional Terms and Conditions
- All submissions must be original work and must not infringe upon any third-party rights
- Mike Bass Ford reserves the right to disqualify any submission deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or non-compliant
- Mike Bass Ford reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time
- Submission of an entry does not guarantee selection as a finalist
